PRC personnel maintain a safe and healthy work environment through continuing application of standard health and safety procedures, which comply with applicable provisions of OSHA and MSHA regulations as well as applicable state laws. All PRC field personnel (as well as our subcontractors and teaming partners) who perform hazardous waste and hazardous waste and emergency response operations train for a minimum of 40 hours as specified by OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) standards. At least one supervisor for each site receives at least an additional eight hours of specialized training in hazardous waste supervision. All employees participate in regularly scheduled safety meetings and advanced certification training as applicable.
Established protocols for protection and control are followed and enforced at each job site. These include the following: PRC Health and Safety Manual; OSHA, MSHA and state equivalent regulations and guidelines; National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) guidelines; American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) guidelines; Risk Assessment Guidelines from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of Labor, and similar, state agency guidelines.
As President of PRC Environmental, Christopher Siebert directs and manages property acquisitions, environmental, and demolition projects for PRC. He is a third generation demolition contractor and uses this experience to evaluate and develop closing and idle industrial sites. He is experienced in property development, construction, demolition, and the environmental business. His
managerial abilities are evidenced by the success of PRC, which has experienced an annual growth rate each year since 2001. Mr. Siebert personally administers all phases of project costing, scheduling, employee assignment, and equipment requirements, while appropriating time to survey projects in progress.
Edward Siebert, Sr. Vice President of PRC Environmental and founder, coordinates all estimating, proposals and contracts and oversees execution of all proposals and awards. Mr. Siebert, who has extensive experience in field activities as project manager has directed the engineering and technical aspects of approximately 500+ demolition, dismantlement, and environmental projects. Additinally, he has been responsible for direction and management of numerous emergency response situations.
As CFO of PRC Environmental, Mr. Weinhoffer is responsible for the organization’s finances, financial operations and decision support. Mr. Weinhoffer has 30 years executive experience in the international onshore and offshore manufacturing and construction industries, upstream, mid-stream and downstream. Additionally Mr. Weinhoffer has extensive experience in bankruptcy, distressed investing, restructuring and brokerage.
Rick Ruch serves as the Vice President of Operations and the Health and Safety Director for the company. Mr. Ruch is responsible for developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and records in compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DOT and RPA regulations. He coordinates Industrial Hygiene practices for the company and client based projects. Mr. Ruch is responsible for the oversight of logistics operations and accounting control for site activities on all projects.
Jeff Siebert leads PRC's investment recovery sales team and monitors the sales process from acquisition to delivery. Mr. Siebert has experience marketing a variety of equipment and plants. The PRC team strategically markets, inventories, and catalogues every piece of equipment, from the smallest to largest. The inventory includes turbines, generators, process equipment, transformers, switchgear, and affiliated power plant and process equipment.
